Pick-up & Drop-off:

Drop off at Tucks Point Rotunda at 9 AM and pick up at 2 PM.  If you are going to be absent, please let us know: mcalpins@seasidesustainability.org

Inclement Weather, Seas, Tides:

SEA will run in all types of weather and sea conditions.  In the case of foul weather that makes pre-planned activities unsafe, the boat Captain and SEA Educators will collectively decide if we need to relocate, and will have alternate activities prepared.  During small craft advisories, the seas will be evaluated for safety; in the case of a heavy rain and/or wind event [without lightning], the program will move to the intertidal areas (Manchester Harbor and the space within the islands just outside the harbor is very protected).  We take lightning very seriously; during lightning events, the program will use the Tucks Point rotunda.

Permissions, Regulations Licenses, & Environmental Compliance:

Seaside Sustainability's Seaside Education Adventure summer program has received necessary permissions and follows all Massachusetts state regulations.

Motion Sickness. Medications or Allergies:

If your child could be prone to motion sickness, please ensure he/she has taken a non-drowsy motion sickness medication prior to boarding the boat.
Please note that Seaside Sustainability is not authorized to administer medications of any kind during SEA or any other youth programs.
Please contact us directly regarding any participant allergies (moderate or severe) or medical issues that we should be aware of: mcalpins@seasidesustainability.org
