Joe Wagner has more than 30 years of diverse leadership and executive experience from self-funded startups to large publicly traded high technology and manufacturing companies. Most recently, Joe co-founded StepChange Clothing with the mission to create meaningful and measurable change in the health of our oceans supported through our everyday apparel choices. StepChange has partnered with Seaside Sustainability to help fund efforts to improve the health of New England ocean waterways and sustainability education across the country.
Previously Joe held senior executive positions with Unifi, the country’s largest producer of synthetic fiber made from recycled bottles, Axonify, the leading micro-learning platform, GT Nexus and E2Open, global SaaS supply chain planning and execution platforms and Novel, an over billion-dollar infrastructure software provider.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University. He provides board and executive advisory services to startup and growth technology companies and Joe recently joined Beacon Angels where he mentors and serves as a coach to entrepreneurs and startups.
