STORE POLICIES
We ship to all US states and territories, Canada, and internationally. Orders are typically processed within five business days yet shipping is dependent on whether the product is currently in stock. All orders are processed and shipped from a store in Gloucester, MA. We use the most cost-effective shipper based on your location (in-store pick-up is free). If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any new, unused product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All merchandise purchased through the Seaside store can be returned within 30 days of purchasing. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your return using your original method of payment. PRIVACY AND SAFETY
Seaside Sustainability respects and protects your privacy. Seaside Sustainability will never sell, rent, or give away your personal information to other companies. When you sign-up for our newsletter or any Seaside groups, make a purchase in the Seaside store, and or make a donation, you will receive an acknowledgment of such for your records. Likewise, Seaside collects and stores email addresses and contact information to maintain future communication. We use this information to curate information and resources that you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time or contact us directly at info@seasidesustainability.org. The Seaside Sustainability website contains embedded links, redirecting you to separate websites. Seaside Sustainability is not responsible for the content posted, information collected, or the privacy policies of other sites.
