The Southeastern Connecticut Regional Resource Recovery Authority (SCRRRA)
The Southeastern Connecticut Regional Resource Recovery Authority (SCRRRA) is made up of 12 cities and towns in Southeastern Connecticut created to implement solutions for solid waste, recyclables, household hazardous waste, and other waste materials.

The PRCWA is a community-based, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the restoration and protection of the waters and environment of the Parker River and Plum Island Sound Watersheds. The Parker River is approximately 23 miles in length and its watershed covers approximately 82 square miles in Essex County, Massachusetts.
