Victoria is half Puerto Rican and half Uruguayan born and raised in Miami, FL. She grew up by the ocean every weekend (kayaking and paddle boarding) and spent her college years at Syracuse University hiking the trails of Upstate New York with her dog Bustelo! Victoria is now embarking on her Master of Professional Science degree in Urban Sustainability and Resilience at the University of Miami and has recently wrapped up her position as the Sustainability Outreach Program Coordinator at UM designing and pitching a carbon offset program surrounding local mangrove planting and urban tree canopy restoration. With previous experience at the US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) researching their Office of Water and Clean Water Act, Victoria is passionate about the environment and looks forward to growing in the field!
