We take a unique approach… We add icebreakers and team building to the event to make it more impactful and memorable, which is exactly what every company wants out of an event!

Overview
In exchange for a reasonable donation, Seaside can host your company’s cleanup either in your community or at one of several locations on picturesque Cape Ann. We provide guidance, team-building facilitation, necessary equipment, and a tangible sense of accomplishment while you provide an eager staff ready to engage!

What is Provided
Your group will be guided by knowledgeable and experienced members of the Seaside Sustainability team to ensure that the cleanup is conducted in a safe, efficient, and meaningful manner.
We supply everything needed for the cleanup: rubber gloves, bags, grabbers, safety vests, eco-friendly bug repellent and sunscreen and more. We ask that you wear appropriate clothing for being on the coast: hat, water, snacks, hand sanitizer, and a colleague or two!

Outdoor team building activities are more than just fun and games; they’re powerful tools for fostering collaboration, boosting morale, and unlocking the potential of every team member. By challenging your team to work together under the open sky, you can facilitate communication, improve problem-solving skills, and foster a strong sense of camaraderie. Furthermore, the positive effects of being outdoors are proven to enhance productivity and reduce stress.
Company Coastal Cleanup Donation
Tax Deductible Donation: Are you able to make a fully tax deductible generous donation to help us build our programs and projects creating a more impactful change locally and globally!? This donation applies to groups of 25 or fewer team members. For every individual above 25, an additional donation of $25 is requested. Seaside Sustainability is a not-for-profit charitable 501(c)3 organization
