This week, we will be featuring Megan Larson as our Intern Spotlight!
Megan, or Meg, recently graduated from Colorado State University Global with a Master’s in International Management. At Seaside Sustainability, she is currently the Management Fellow for the Green Consulting team. She has enjoyed getting to work with others who are enthusiastic and passionate about sustainability. Meg chose to intern at Seaside Sustainability to gain knowledge about a wide array of sustainability topics.
With the Green Consulting team, she has learned about ways that businesses and schools can improve their sustainability practices. Once Meg’s internship is complete, she would like to work in food sustainability. She has been working in the hospitality industry for the past ten years and would like to combine her experience with her passion for sustainability to create a career.
