This week, we will be featuring Natalie Rasgado as our Intern Spotlight!
Natalie is currently a Project Manager for both the Legislation and Seabin teams. She received her B.S. in Environmental Science with a Concentration in Wildlife from American Public University. She is currently in the process of getting her GIS certification. In Natalie’s free time, she enjoys gardening, hiking with her dogs and playing games with her family and friends.
Natalie chose to intern at Seaside Sustainability to get more experience with environmental action. Her favorite parts of the internship have been the communication and collaboration between the Legislation and Seabin teams. She has enjoyed brainstorming ideas to help Seaside progress and accomplish meaningful work. She has also been working with HubSpot to make sure that information is maintained and organized for future interns.
Natalie will be applying to the Environmental Management Master’s Program at California Polytechnic State University and hopes to focus her studies on botany and soil. She hopes to focus her career on plants.
Thank you for all of your great work at Seaside Sustainability, Natalie!
