Summer 2023 Marine Science and Technology In-Person Internship Program
During the summer 2023 season, Seaside Sustainability will introduce an in-person initiative as an extension of our Marine Science and Education team. The internship program will be local to our Gloucester, Massachusetts location, so we ask that all applicants are located within 30 minutes of our headquarters to be considered, as housing and transportation cannot be provided. The program currently runs for three months from June 1 to September 15, 2023, with an opportunity to extend involvement. We are currently searching for a wonderful group of interns that would come on board with us. Projects will range from field work like coastal clean-ups to research on Mudflat Acidification Testing to eelgrass monitoring. These projects are important to maintaining the health of our ecosystem where Seaside is headquartered. If you are interested in all marine science and technology-related topics and are ready to get your hands dirty, this experience might be for you!
